Join the Cercadian International Search Team
Cercadian International is a team of individual recruiters – some located in our corporate office based in Dallas, Texas, and others who are virtually based nationwide. Our team members are experts in their disciplines, but also work together when we have candidates or clients that allow interdisciplinary collaboration.

We are currently looking to add new recruiters to our national virtual network. Candidates should be executive search professionals who are currently successfully recruiting, or have been successful in the past, and who can work independently – run their own show/be their own boss.

We offer the inspiration, structure, and support tools you need to operate independently, and ultimately earn a much larger chunk of the fees on placements you make. The tools range from access to the key job boards for posting openings, to membership in the associations that are most relevant to your industry segment. We offer continuous training and development, as well as inspiration through sales and performance contests, with winners earning rewards from gift certificates to paid-for trips.
